Patient Profiles show you all the Tasks for a specific patient and much of the administrative information you might be used to seeing in your EHR.
Click Patients on your left-hand navigation bar to view your Patient Lists. At a glance, you can see important patient information.
Click on a patient's name to view their profile. Select View Details next to a patient’s name in their Profile to open the Drawer with important information, like demographics and insurance carrier (based on directory upload or EHR integration). Patient details are typically included when you import a Patient List from your EHR. You can edit this section by clicking the three dots on the top right of your screen, then clicking “Edit."
Within each patient profile, there are three main fields: All Tasks, Notes and Files.
All Tasks
Under the All Tasks page are all tasks for that specific patient, aggregated from all Lists you can access in your organization’s Dock account. Selecting the Active Tasks button allows you to make complete and incomplete tasks regarding the patient visible:
Notes
View Notes to see important administrative details and context for this patient’s care. Notes don’t repeat the patient’s information at the top of their Profile — they’re meant to house relevant administrative details so you can provide the best care:
Files
You can also upload files to Patient Profiles, like a document including details of an allergy treatment plan or an image of an MRI. Uploading pertinent files helps you keep all your administration information organized:
