Dock is HITRUST-certified and HIPAA-compliant, meaning the work you do in and with Dock is always secure. Dock is unique in that we can connect patients to their provider’s processes and tasks.

To upload your patient directory, locate the patient/member icon and navigate to the All Active Patients tab. Click on the three dots on the top left and pick the “Import from Excel” option to download Dock’s patient upload template.

Simply download the Dock template and paste your patient directory into our template. Once you’ve created your Excel or CSV file, just drag it to the upload area or select the file and give it a few minutes to process.

It can help to hit your refresh button if you’re still waiting after a few minutes. Then you’ll want to click on the “All Active Patients” option, and once on the page, select “View All Patients”

You now have your patient directory available in Dock to be added to tasks and workflows. Add more patients by simply loading another file (Dock will remove duplicates) or creating individual patient profiles as needed.

Within this view, use action buttons to change and prioritize the view based on your goal at hand.

One last element of patient-contextual task management is being able to add a patient to a task or workflow. Within a list, click on a task or workflow and navigate to the patient column.

Hover over the empty box and “Add Patient” will appear. Click the text and start typing the patient’s name. This will immediately assign your patient to the task or workflow, and any downstream associated tasks.
