Discuss how Dock Intelligence does NOT train on user data

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Dock Intelligence does NOT train on user data.

Dock is the only foundationally HIPAA-compliant and HITRUST-certified productivity platform. We take security very seriously, and have leveraged other HIPAA-compliant partners to ensure compliance across actions on and from our platform. That being said, the AI-powered summaries are inferences of the information within your Dock workspace. Our platform isn’t training on the data and the summary information in its basic form only streamlines knowledge. The tools enable you to manage and surface your data in more succinct ways.

Dock complies with encrypted email policies, leveraging Paubox to deliver outside summary emails. However, the user must ensure the email recipient is the intended recipient and should be aware that email is a potential source of PHI exposure. Users should always be careful about sending PHI via email.

To securely develop Dock Intelligence, our team leverages existing LLM technologies to generate and provide users with an intelligent summary. Leaning on the desires and requests of our customer testers, we developed Dock Intelligence to provide better insights in terms of your patient and operations.

The foundational goal of Dock Intelligence is to deliver a better understanding of patient care and a better way to complete the work associated with their journey. Our focus is to enable teams with more intelligent tools that surface insights and help drive more-informed decisions. All of this can be done within the industry’s only HIPAA-compliant and HITRUST-certified productivity platform, where humans work with the support of AI.
