The Basics: Intro to Subtasks
Updated over a week ago

Complex tasks often need more structure to stay organized. That’s where subtasks come in.

If you have smaller tasks that ladder up to a larger task, you can create as many subtasks as you need and they’ll appear when you open the Task Drawer or when clicking on the subtask icon on a task.

To create a subtask, you can simply click on the Add Subtask icon, right click on a task and select subtask, or open the task drawer by clicking the task, then scroll to the bottom of the drawer. There, you can enter a subtask name and add assignees, due dates, and everything else you can include in a task. Press enter to finish creating your subtask.
