How to: Changing Your Subscription Level

Account administrator instructions for changing your subscription level.

If you're an account owner and need to change your subscription level, this can be accomplished in your Dock product instance.

To update your subscription level, start by selecting the settings icon at the bottom of your left-hand navigation bar.

In the menu that opens, click Subscriptions.

On the Subscriptions page, you can view your current subscription level and update it by selecting Change on the available plan of your choice.

Toggle the Annual/Month icon to view the subscription-level pricing when paid monthly or annually.
