Give your tasks a status to easily see where you are in the process. Click the Status column in a task to set a standard status, like In Progress or On Hold.
You can also create custom statuses for more specific needs. If you’re an organization owner/admin you can add to the list of status across the organization. Open the list of status options next to a task and click Add/Edit status at the bottom.
Label the status with a name, color code it, and drag and drop statuses in your list for optimal organization.
