TIP: Workflows Got a Workout
The new blue-lined workflow "container" helps distinguish between a workflow and unrelated tasks. Monitor high-level progress with the new workflow overview header row.
To improve how you manage and monitor workflows on our platform, the new workflow container helps you clearly distinguish between workflows and unrelated tasks, providing a more organized view of your projects. Additionally, we've included a workflow overview header row to help you monitor high-level progress at a glance.
Why the blue border?
The newly designed workflow container uses a subtle visual border to encapsulate specific tasks related to a workflow. This separation makes it easier to identify and focus on groups of tasks that are part of a cohesive workflow, apart from other individual tasks. The workflow overview header row, positioned at the top of each workflow container, offers a summary of the overall progress, important dates, and key metrics.
Best Practices to Leverage the New Workflow Container
Identify Workflow Containers: Look for the grouped tasks visually separated in your Dock Lists.
Access Workflow Details: Click on the overview header row to expand and view detailed information about each task within the workflow.
Monitor Progress: The header row displays critical metrics to give you a snapshot of the status of your workflow, aiding in timely management and decision-making.
